Hi there! Welcome to Vertically Sourced! My name is Dr. Shea Osuna and I am the chiropractor and founder of VS! I have been in practice since 2016, collaborating with amazing souls on their healing journeys! I have taken all of my experience and knowledge to create a gentle and effective approach to facilitating lasting change in a person's health and wellbeing. At Vertically Sourced, we use multiple gentle Chiropractic techniques to support all ages in creating a more connected and adaptable nervous system. I believe that through bringing an individual to a state of ease in their own body, they are able to access emotions on a deeper level and move through old stories and limitations. I have witnessed practice members move through anxiety, depression, chronic headaches, autoimmune symptoms, physical pain, and many other common symptoms people are experiencing in this modern world.
